Sewing Tips and Tricks : Top 5 sewing tips

It's finally saturday I was planning to visit Ikea to buy a new table lamp and get some inspiration but it's raining so I thought that it's better to stay at home XD

Thesedays I was reading sew news magazine from (july 2015) and I found some interesting readers tips and i want to share them with you
those are the top 5 sewing tips from readers !! yeah readers who are passionate or maybe have experience more than me  in sewing.

1-NOT TO FRAY
When preshrinking new fabric, stitch the raw edges together. This prevents them from fraying and the material doesn't get twisted into a knot during washing. from Joanna B

2- SCISSOR NECKLACE
Tie a pair of small scissors around your neck with ribbon. This makes them easily accessible and you won't waste your time looking for them under scrap piles. From Mindy S

3- HAIRSPRAY YOUR ENDS
Spray the thread end with hairspray when threading a needle to keep the thread straight and the strands together. From Josie P

4- THREAD WISELY
If you can't find thread that matches your fabric precisely, go a shade derker. It's less noticeable than lighter thread.   From Anne S

5- NAILED IT!
